The Orgsintez Swimming Pool is situated in the Moskovsky District of the city of Kazan. A historical park, the Chemists’ Palace of Culture and the Batyr Sports Complex are located nearby.
During the 16th FINA World Championships, it acted as a training venue for national teams.
The main swimming pool is 50х25m and has a capacity of 568 seats. It also includes two sports halls, medical station, and cafeteria.
The Orgsintez Swimming Pool hosts matches of national and international water polo tournaments. Young students of the Swimming and Water Polo School of the Olympic Reserve also have their training sessions in this pool. The Orgsintez Swimming Pool is known for its long-standing and continuing contributions to health improvement of the population. The venue serves as the training ground for the Sintez Water Polo Club that became champion and repeat medal winner of the national championship, holder of the Russian Cup and LEN Trophy Cup.
