Russian Diving Championship 2014

Kazan, June 11 – 15, 2014

The Russian Diving Championship was held in the Aquatics Palace, Kazan (62 S.Khakima Street) from June 11-15, 2014. Tournament admission was free of charge.

The event brought together 105 top athletes from 13 regions of Russia and Belorussian representatives. 33 judges officiated the tournament. The athletes from Moscow, Penza, Saratov, Ekaterinburg, and Voronezh took medals at sporting events. Tatarstan representative, Kazan-born athlete Nikita Shleikher claimed silver in the 10m platform event.

Media accreditation closed at 12:00 on June 10, 2014. 

The goal of the championship was to promote diving sport in our country as well as to select best athletes to represent the Russian national team at the World Cup and European Championships.
